Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Storize, operated by Nusret Uzman. By connecting an Instagram account you agree to them.

The service

Storize sends a private message, and optionally a public reply, to people who comment keywords you choose on your Instagram posts. It works only with Instagram professional accounts, through Meta's official Instagram API.

Your responsibilities

• You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• You are responsible for the messages and replies you set up, and for following Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and Meta's Platform Terms.
• Do not use Storize for spam, deceptive content, unlawful content, or to message people who have not commented on your posts.

Limits

Instagram decides what can be sent: it allows one private reply per comment, within seven days, and may limit or block messages. We cannot guarantee that every message is delivered.

Suspension

We may pause or stop an automation that breaks these terms or Instagram's rules, or that puts the service at risk. You can disconnect at any time from the dashboard.

No warranty

Storize is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for messages Instagram does not deliver.
