Privacy Policy

Storize ("we") is operated by Nusret Uzman. Storize helps owners of Instagram professional accounts send a private message to people who comment chosen keywords on their posts. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can have it deleted. Questions: nusretuzman@outlook.com.
What we collect
From account owners who connect Storize
- Your Instagram account ID, app-scoped user ID, username, name and profile picture address.
- The access token Instagram issues to Storize when you sign in.
- The settings you save: keywords, the message and the public replies.
From comments on connected accounts
Instagram notifies us of new comments on a connected account's posts. We read the comment text only to check it for the owner's keywords. Comments without a keyword are discarded and never stored. For comments that contain a keyword, we store:
- the comment ID, text and time, and the post ID;
- the commenter's Instagram-scoped ID and username;
- whether the message and the public reply were sent, and any error Instagram returned.
We do not use cookies other than the ones needed to keep you signed in and to protect the sign-in step, and we use no analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To send the message the account owner wrote as a private reply to a matching comment, and to post the owner's public reply under it.
- To make sure each person gets one message per post.
- To show the account owner their recent activity.
- To keep the owner's Instagram access working by renewing the token before it expires.
We do not sell data, use it for advertising, build profiles of commenters, or contact anyone for any purpose other than the account owner's automation.
Who we share it with
Messages and replies are sent through Meta's Instagram API, as the account owner's automation requires. Our servers are hosted in the European Union by our infrastructure provider, which processes data only on our behalf. We share nothing with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Activity records about comments are deleted 90 days after they were created.
- Account data and settings are kept while the account stays connected.
- When an owner removes Storize from their Instagram settings, we delete the access token at once and stop all messages.
Deleting your data
Account owners can delete everything Storize holds about their account at any time with Disconnect and delete data on the dashboard, or by removing Storize under Instagram's apps and websites settings and requesting deletion. People who commented on a connected account can ask us to delete records about them by emailing nusretuzman@outlook.com. See data deletion for the steps.
Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Tokens are kept only on our servers, are never shown in the browser, and are used only to call the Instagram API for the account they belong to.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. Email us to use any of these rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Storize is not meant for anyone under the minimum age Instagram requires.
